Keen readers earn rewards

THE smiles were easy to spot at Tewantin Community Bank branch of Bendigo Bank this week.
On Monday, two of the weekly winners from the “Win $200” promotion through March assembled at the branch to celebrate their winnings with Tewantin Community Bank branch manager Wayne Hoens and Noosa Today’s Sharon Latham.
Locals entered by finding a photo of Wayne and emailing the page number in – it was that simple. Deb Poyner, Aaron Burdon, Karen Phillips and Elma Reilly were the lucky and very excited winners.
“We were delighted to see this promotion supported so strongly and to see happy winners at the end of it all,” Wayne said.
“It’s the support our Tewantin Community Bank branch receives from its customers that allows our continued support of promotions such as this one. I’m also proud to say some of the winners were existing customers and the others are now more aware of how we help in giving our community a real say its own future,” Wayne said.
Elma Reilly is a Tewantin local who takes a keen interest in reading Noosa Today and her as well as banking with Bendigo Bank.
“I think it’s important to be aware of all the great things happening in Noosa and was thrilled to be one of the prize winners. I’ve been a shareholder in the Community Bank branches of Bendigo Bank from the very beginning and love what they stand for and how they give back. Not only to their shareholders but to so many community organisations, events and schools as well,” Elma said.
