Noosa turned on a magnificent day on Monday to welcome Today Show weatherman Tim Davies as he filmed the weather live to the show from beautiful Main Beach.
It was the first visit to Noosa for Tim who met with a few locals on the beach, even striking some yoga moves with Evie Plasier.
Locals turned out to welcome the show including Aloha Active Noosa Yoga instructor Jackie Harris who took a class on the beach attended by students from primary school age to seniors.
“We got a call from Tourism Noosa,“ Michael Bowers from Aloha Active Noosa Yoga said. “Our community sprung into action. We had Cafe Le Monde put coffee on. The surf club did a sausage sizzle. There were personal fitness classes and yoga classes.
“You couldn’t have had a better day to showcase Noosa.“
