Real estate power couple in Peregian Springs

It’s all about professionalism and high quality service for real estate professionals Trevor and Natalie Johnson, who will open Ray White Peregian Springs this month.

Between them, the real estate power couple have more than three decades of experience in the industry. After two years operating as business owners in the Peregian Springs area, the Johnsons have now joined forces with Australasia’s largest real estate agency, Ray White.

Mrs Johnson said it was the brand recognition that prompted the couple to partner with the leading agency.

“Ray White is synonymous with a high standard of customer service and when you think of real estate, your first thought is Ray White,” Mrs Johnson said.

“It’s a family business with committed people working for families to help them get a foot in the market and go to the next step and that really resonates with us.

“The professionalism of the Group is also second to none and that’s another reason why we chose to open Ray White Peregian Springs.“

Mr Johnson added that the pair are excited for the opening of the new office in early February, and said their focus will be offering exceptional customer service and open communication throughout every transaction.

“We want the local community to know that we are the same faces, with the same valued service as always but now under the Ray White yellow,” Mr Johnson said.

“Our goal is to be market leaders in our area and to recruit a five star team. We want to burst onto the market and with the resources and capabilities offered by Ray White, we believe we can achieve these goals”

The Peregian Springs property market ranges from four bedroom family homes up to property worth more than $1,500,000. The office will operate both a sales and property management division, targeted largely at the residential market in the area.

While Peregian Springs has always been popular with both owner occupiers and holiday makers, the Johnsons said recently they have also been seeing a lot of activity from interstate buyers looking for a tree change.

Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew welcomed the Johnsons to the group.

“Trevor and Natalie have exactly the kind of fresh energy and ambition that aligns with our vision of the future for Ray White Queensland,” Mr Andrew said.

“I have no doubt their dedication to outstanding customer service and putting their clients above all else will make them a great asset to the Group. We look forward to supporting them and celebrating their success.”
