Tewantin volunteer recognised

Rob Schmitt with Bundamba MP Lance McCallum and Speaker Curtis Pitt.

Long time Tewantin Tennis Club representative to the Sunshine Coast Regional Tennis Assembly Rob Schmitt recently received a Tennis Queensland Volunteer Service Award. The award was presented to Rob at a Gala Tennis Queensland Dinner at Parliament House in Brisbane by the Speaker of Parliament, Curtis Pitt. The award was given for his contribution of more than 40 years to multiple clubs as a committee member, delegate, coach and Sunshine Coast Regional Assembly Treasurer.
