Join the GIVIT movement

Registered charities are invited to join an upcoming information session being organized by Noosa councillor Amelia Lorentson with GIVIT founder Juliette Wright on Friday 2 February at 10am, to become part of the GIVIT giving movement.

GIVIT is a free platform that provides charities and support services with access to donations of essential items for the people they support. GIVIT works directly with councils, outreach teams, charities and community groups to make sure people get exactly what they need, when they need it.

GIVIT is private and easy to use and can provide critical and immediate support to communities affected by an emergency event or who are experiencing hardship.

“We want to connect the people who have items to give with people in need in our region. Join the Noosa giving movement and let ensure those in need get exactly what they need,” Juliette Wright said.

To delve deeper into the possibilities and understand how your charity can benefit from GIVIT’s giving movement, I encourage you to attend the upcoming information session, Cr Lorentson said.

To secure your spot at this informative event, please email amelia.lorentson@noosa.qld.gov.au by Friday 26 January.
