Pomona planning special Christmas market

The inaugural Pomona Christmas Market last year proved a resounding success. So much so that it is being planned again this year with some added attractions.

The Pomona & District Chamber of Commerce [PDCC] supported a small Christmas market for 2023.

What transpired was a hugely successful street fare, with very good attendance and support from locals and businesses. Pomona was packed.

The main street overflowed with stall holders, musicians and cooking demonstrations from local individuals, businesses and service clubs – even Santa put in an appearance.

It was a great success, with the PDCC ready to again support a street fare on Friday, 6 December, 4:30-8pm.

The Cooroy/Pomona Lions Club will be on board this year to lend a hand with the organising.

This year they are hoping to include a Tradie Alley. An area for all tradies to promote their business.

Food demonstrations will abound like last year. There will be artisan and handmade market stalls, music, face painting and of course Santa will again make an appearance.

Want to get on board or know more? Contact: Kay Kelloway at Pomona’s Little Pantry – 0438 851 680.
