Four local Anzac Round footy games to watch this weekend

There will be plenty of local footy to watch this weekend, with Anzac Round expected to bring in huge crowds to each code.

Here’s four local clubs you can get out to support with the whole family this weekend:

1. QAFL: The Noosa Tigers AFC will take on arch rivals Maroochydore at Fisherman’s Rd from 2pm Saturday in an Anzac weekend clash.

2. RUGBY UNION: The Noosa Dolphins begin their 40th anniversary season when they take on Brothers in an Anzac Day special at Dolphin Oval, Sunshine Beach this Friday. Games from 8.30am/ A grade 3.30pm.

3. RUGBY LEAGUE: The Noosa Pirates will take on the Maroochydore Swans at the Tewantin Sports Complex on Saturday 26 April. Games from 2.30pm/ A grade 5.30pm.

4. HOSTPLUS CUP: The Sunshine Coast Falcons travel to Kayo Stadium at Redcliffe on Saturday to take on the Dolphins from 5pm.
