Tributes continue to flow for 17-year-old Solomon Tucker, who was tragically killed last week.
More than 230 people, including the Noosa Touch Association, have contributed to a GoFundMe effort to assist the family. More than $32,000 has so far been raised to assist the family.
President of the Noosa Touch Association, Chris Way, told Noosa Today the association was still reeling.
“His family have been a big part of our association for many years.”
“We’re all feeling it. We’re feeling for his parents and family.”
Mr Way said Solomon rose through the ranks of the association and was a great person and competitor.
The Noosa Touch Association provides the community with a sport which everyone can play, regardless of age, gender, experience, or ability.
