Meet the Makers

Noosaʼs Park & Cove is strengthening its paddock-to-plate philosophy with the launch of Meet the Makers, a new dining series celebrating Queenslandʼs most acclaimed producers through immersive, ingredient-led culinary experiences. There will be two events to look forward to with the first kicking off on 28 November, followed by a second on 12 December.

Each dinner will spotlight at least two different ‘makersʼ and their hero ingredients, from sustainably sourced seafood and artisan beef to premium brews and award-winning wines. Guests will enjoy bespoke multi-course menus crafted by the Park & Cove culinary team, led by Head Chef Andrea Ravezzani, in close collaboration with the featured producers.

The lineup of the first event includes producers from across Queensland, heroing 2GR Wagyu (renowned for some of Australiaʼs finest beef) and local favourite Head of Noosa Brewing. The curated series underscores Park & Coveʼs commitment to supporting local growers, farmers and artisans, reinforcing its ambition to be Noosaʼs leading paddock-to-plate destination.

Next up, December’s event promises a delicious three-course lunch, championing quality seafood courtesy of Rocky Point Aquaculture, exceptional beef from the team at Five Founders and award-winning Witches Falls will be taking care of the wine list.

Both events are available to book now via Park & Coveʼs website.

Park & Cove is at Level 1 of Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas 33A Viewland Drive, Noosa Heads.
