People danced, watched, applauded and sang along on Noosa Main Beach at the inaugural Sunset Carols last Friday at what has been described as “truly a fantastic event”.
Presented by the Hastings Street Association, the free community event brought together residents and visitors of all ages in a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy a spectacular lineup of performances including Marshall Hamburger, Georgia Stafford and Sincerely Essi and a visit from Santa.
Sunset Carols also served as a festive lead-in to Santa’s appearance in his Beach Hut this week as part of Hastings Street’s holiday celebrations.
