Chance to win a dream home

Noosa is at the centre of Australia’s biggest ever home prize, with a $13.9 million dream home and $250,000 in gold up for grabs, all to support veterans and their families.

The luxurious Sunshine Coast home, offered by Dream Home Art Union, is designed as a private wellness retreat, inspired by Mediterranean health resorts. It features sweeping Pacific Ocean views, a pool, plunge spa, sauna, steam room, private gym, ice bath, and a fire pit – all complemented by high-end finishes.

“The home has intentionally been designed as a private wellness retreat, reflecting the growing shift towards holistic wellbeing-focused living for Australians,” said Ben Sawkins, General Manager Lotteries at Dream Home Art Union.

Designed by Paul Clout Design, the four-bedroom residence also includes a private lift, parents’ retreat, climate-controlled cellar, and designer furniture and appliances valued at nearly $400,000. Additional prize inclusions total $265,000, covering gold bullion, rates, water, legal transfer fees, and a $3,000 travel voucher.

Mr Sawkins said the winner even has the option to rent out the property, generating an estimated $156,000 a year in passive income.

“The odds of winning this dream home are better than the odds of winning Powerball,” he said. “Every ticket sold directly supports veterans and their families across Queensland, helping them secure accommodation, employment, and improve their health and wellbeing.”

Dream Home Art Union has proudly supported RSL Queensland for nearly 70 years. Last year alone, the organisation assisted 7,304 veterans and their families, helped 358 veterans secure employment, and supported 238 veterans into safe, permanent accommodation.

The draw for this record-breaking prize closes on February 25, with the winner announced on March 4.

This extraordinary Noosa home offers not only a slice of luxury living but also the chance to make a meaningful difference for veterans. More information is here: dreamhomeartunion.com.au/prize-homes/draw-430
