Discover health at expo

If you’ve never made it to the annual Discovery Expo grab your fellow wellness warriors and get set for some serious body, mind and soul nourishment. You can find out what’s in your future, mellow out with meditations, soak up knowledge in seminars and shop til you drop amongst the magical market stalls. If that’s not enough you can soothe your spirit with sacred sound sessions and savour scrumptious, healthy meals, indulge in guilt-free sweet treats and of course organic coffee.

This year Discovery will host a hand-picked selection of self-development gurus, wellbeing experts, alternative therapists, holistic healers and over 20 psychic readers. Maybe you’ll finally heal that niggling health issue, learn a little about mindfulness or gain tips on getting in touch with your intuition. A fascinating, fun weekend of insight into your true self, Discovery aims to inspire, delight and empower.

The Discovery Expo, presented by Conscious Life Events, is on at Venue 114, Sportsman Parade, Bokarina on 27 and 28 April. Adults $10 day pass, $15 weekend pass, children under 15 free.
