Heads of Noosa launches their first ginger beer

Heads of Noosa Brewing Co has launched its first Ginger Beer as part of its core range of tap-only products.

Made with Australian grown ginger with an ABV of 4 per cent, its available now at the Heads of Noosa Taproom in Noosaville and at select bars around Queensland.

Co-founder and director Craig Masterton said, “This felt like a natural next step for us, our customers have been asking us for a ginger beer for a long time, and we are lucky enough to live in region that is famous for its abundance of high-quality ginger, so it made perfect sense for us to create a Heads of Noosa Ginger Beer.”

Early reviews from fans of the brand say that it strikes a perfect balance between having a solid ginger kick and just the right amount of sweetness.

“Our local ginger supplier has told us that we’re using significantly more natural ginger juice than others and we feel that this really shines through in the flavour profile,” Craig said.

Launched as part of the core range, the good news is that this is a product that will be available all year round and although there have already been calls for it to be released in stubbies, at this stage it will be a tap-only product.
