Sunshine Coast’s biggest bonfire is back this weekend

Nil Desperandum Rum will host their annual RumFire 2025 celebration this Saturday 25 October, at it’s distillery door in Woombye.

The celebrations will feature a huge bonfire as the sunsets over the valley, five guest distilleries, including Burdekin Rum, showcasing their artisan rums.

There’s plenty of fun for the whole family, with live music, plus FREE kids entertainment and food trucks offering tasty eats.

They’ve lined up some of the Sunshine Coast’s best talent to keep you dancing by the fire all night long!

Alys Ffion will kick off the afternoon with her stunning vocals and melodic tunes.

Then 8Ball Aitken takes the stage to bring the heat with his signature swamp blues-soul fusion that’ll have you grooving ‘til the flames burn low.

Tickets are from $50 and include entry plus a welcome drink, with kids FREE.

Bring your own picnic blanket or camping chairs.

Great family fun with Games, dancing, food trucks.

Come meet a Fireman, when Palmwoods Fire Brigade arrive for the officially lighting of the bonfire.

Don’t miss getting up close to your favourite animals with a visit from Wildlife HQ and their beautiful snakes, lizards, and other native wildlife and furry friends.

Good rum, great music, and the biggest bonfire on the Sunshine Coast — what more could you ask for?
