Henschke Wines and The Long Apron at Locale

Fall in love with one of Australia’s finest wines alongside a menu crafted by the chef of one of the most highly awarded restaurants on the Sunshine Coast.

Join Locale Noosa for an evening where French and Italian cuisine comes together alongside a selection of premium Australian wines with special guests Justine Henschke of Henschke Wines and Chris Hagan from The Long Apron.

Justine Henschke of the Henschke Wines lineage will be leading discussion around four showcase wines for the evening. Henschke Wines have been crafted through six generations of knowledge and tradition, and Justine knows the history and process that has gone into each and every wine.

Guests will also enjoy a four-course dinner prepared by Locale head chef Andy Davies and guest chef Chris Hagan from The Long Apron, one of the most highly awarded restaurants on the Sunshine Coast.

Chris Hagan creates beautifully refined, delightfully inventive and always delicious dishes thanks to years of classical training, and each of his dishes on the night will feature fresh winter produce from Maravista Farm, a picturesque property in the Noosa Hinterland growing organic and heirloom produce for the Ogilvie Group venues, which include Rickys, Locale Noosa, Wood Fire Grill and Aromas Noosa.

Seats are limited for this intimate event and bookings can be made online via www.localenoosa.com.au or by calling Locale Noosa on (07) 5447 5111.
