Buy yourself a golf course

Buyers have the opportunity to score a hole-in-one as the Noosa Par 3 Golf Course in Noosaville hits the market via an expressions of interest campaign.

The asset comes with a 30ha land area across four separate titles and a profitable golf business in operation.

The site is being marketed by Ray White Commercial Noosa and Sunshine Coast North Property Consultant Louisa Blennerhassett and Director Paul Butler.

Louisa said the Noosa Par 3 Golf Course was a really popular course with both locals and tourists.

“The options are varied on this property. You can continue and grow the current business, land bank, develop, or even build your own private oasis,” she said.

Paul said the location was unbeatable, being just 10 minutes to Noosa Heads and Hastings Street.

“It borders Lakes Entrance residential estate and is adjacent to a future 52 lot rural residential subdivision. There are very few opportunities remaining in this tightly-held pocket,” he said.

The sale includes freehold and business, two residences, 36-hole golf course including dams, bore, pumps and irrigation, and a clubhouse with restaurant and bar.

Expressions of interest close on Monday 23 September.
