Sunshine Butterflies learn who’s who at the zoo

Sunshine Butterflies disability charity has teamed up with local company ‘Aus Identities’ to bring an exciting workshop that will take place in their new ‘Training and Education Room’.

Aus Identities: Who’s Who at the Zoo, is a system based upon four ancient Temperaments that were brought into modern-day use by American Psychologist Dr. David Keirsey.

These temperaments are then linked to the characteristics of four well-known Australian Animals; the Eagle, the Dolphin, the Kangaroo and the Wombat, creating a fun and user-friendly system.

Creator of Aus Identities, Michael White aligns his personality profiles with core values, natural gifts and talents and everyday behaviours.

“Who’s Who at the Zoo is two hours of fun, relaxation and enjoyment where we get to laugh not only at each other but ourselves,“ Creator of Aus Identities Michael White said.

Sunshine Butterflies is excited to partner with a local business to showcase their new space.

“I did a job about three months ago for all of the Sunshine Butterflies staff and I was just blown away by what they’re up to out there and wanted to help out,“ Mr White said.

Sunshine Butterflies have just recently launched their new Training and Education Room and are offering this space to the community for training purposes, networking events, team building, and workshops.“It’s such a unique space, there’s nothing else like it and we can’t wait to see an educational and fun event take place in this new space that we’ve created for the community,” Community Development Lucy Mills said.

Mr White has been profiling for 15 years and has worked with 350 schools and recently did Zoom sessions with a Japanese school.

This event will be held at Sunshine Butterflies ‘Our Backyard’ on Thursday 18 March 18 from 5:30pm-7:30pm.

Sunshine Butterflies is excited to showcase their new Training and Education Room to the public for an evening event that will both entertain and educate.

All profits from tickets sold will be donated to Sunshine Butterflies disability charity, helping to support those living with a disability and their families.

They welcome the community to be a part of this great event, with tickets available to purchase via there facebook or through events@sunshinebutterflies.com.au
