March madness in local auctions

March madness is here as Ray White Commercial Noosa and Sunshine Coast North bring a cross section of commercial properties to auction throughout the month.

With both the Sunshine Coast’s residential and commercial real estate markets booming, Ray White Commercial Noosa and Sunshine Coast North agents Tracey Ryan and David Brinkley are selling four properties under the hammer throughout March, including retail, offices, and a development site.

“The year 2022 is here, and to launch the year we are taking a cross section of property to the market in March,” Ms Ryan said.

“There is something for investors, developers and owner occupiers across a broad price spectrum in this property selection.

“The Sunshine Coast has experienced huge growth in residential and commercial markets recently.

“Many of the large infrastructure projects are nearing completion providing jobs and further growth.

“With the country finally opening up to international travel the Sunshine Coast Airport will become more operational, boosting the economy further as tourism returns to the coast.”

The first auction of the month will be 23 and 25 Sidoni Street, Tewantin, two adjacent vacant lots in the heart of Tewantin’s thriving CBD.

“The sites have Business Centre zoning, offering a wide range of possible uses for the sites including commercial, retail or residential,” Ms Ryan said.

The lots will go under the hammer separately onsite on Friday March 4 at 11am.

The second auction will be Lots 1 and 2, 4 Memorial Avenue, Pomona, which Mr Brinkley said are the perfect opportunity to purchase commercial property in a classic country town.

“The property comprises two adjoining strata titled shops in the main centre of Pomona,” Mr Brinkley said.

“The building is in original condition with timber facades at the front and rear courtyard areas to the rear.

“The tenants are long term with good lease covenants in place.”

The auction will be onsite on March 11 at 11am.

Waterfront office suites at Suites 3 and 4, 253 Gympie Terrace, Noosaville will be the third properties to go under the hammer with Ray White Commercial Noosa and Sunshine Coast North during March.

“Suites 3 and 4, 253 Gympie Terrace, Noosaville are being offered to market together,” Mr Brinkley said.

“As part of only four strata units in a well maintained complex, the suites take up the entire first floor, with the ground floor occupied by Eclipse Greek restaurant and Noosa Cruise and Travel Agents.”

The auction will be held onsite on March 17 at 11am.

The final property to be sold via auction during March will be Suite 3, 3 Birtwill Street, Coolum Beach.

A first floor office suite, Ms Ryan said it provided the perfect space to “achieve a great work life balance”.

“The suite has been renovated to include a modern kitchen and amenities and its predominantly open plan layout ensures an abundance of natural light,” she said.

The onsite auction will be held on March 18 at 11am.
