Artisan producer Noosa Black Garlic has claimed top honours at the 2025 Royal Tasmanian Fine Food Awards, winning the Champion Trophy for Savoury Preserves for its signature Black Garlic Cloves.
This prestigious title placed Noosa Black Garlic ahead of entries from 15 competitive classes, reinforcing its status as one of Australia’s top gourmet producers.
The win marks back-to-back national recognition, following their 3 2024 Champion Trophy’s at the Australian Fine Food Awards in Melbourne, Sydney Royal Fine Food Show and Royal Tasmanian Fine Food Awards.
Teneille and Tony from Noosa Black Garlic said, “This win is a huge moment for us.”
“To be recognised across four major competitions is a testament to our focus on quality, flavour, and innovation.”
Noosa Black Garlic’s award-winning streak didn’t stop there. Their Black Garlic Honey, a fan favourite, received a Gold Medal for the second consecutive year, continuing its run as a standout in the honey category.
In a strong showing across the board, every product submitted by Noosa Black Garlic was awarded.
Now stocked in premium food outlets and online at www.noosablackgarlic.com, the coast producer continues to lead the way in black garlic innovation, crafting complex flavours with a clean ingredient list and small-batch ethos.
The Royal Tasmanian Fine Food Awards, hosted annually by the Royal Agricultural Society of Tasmania, is one of Australia’s most respected food industry competitions, drawing elite producers from across the country.
