Noosa Dolphins Ladies Day shines despite the rain

The clouds parted just in time to celebrate Ladies Day 2025 in true style at the Noosa Dolphins Rugby Union Club.

What began as a wet morning turned into a vibrant afternoon of celebration, community spirit, and appreciation for the incredible women who are the heart and soul of the club.

From long-time supporters to fresh faces, guests of all ages gathered to enjoy an unforgettable event. The club was thrilled to welcome back the senior women’s team, adding extra cheer and energy to the day.

There was plenty to enjoy – from dancing and laughter to gourmet bites, bubbles, and a healthy dose of socialising whilst keeping one eye on the live rugby.

A heartfelt thank you goes to the dedicated set-up crew who braved the morning rain: DJ, Rob, Maree and Nick. Behind the bar, Rob, Adam, Scotty, Chooky, Andrew and Budda kept the drinks flowing, while Meagan, Kaz, Amanda and Linda handled food prep with flair. Special thanks to the guys from Good2Eat Catering for their warm hospitality.

The day was made even more memorable thanks to the major sponsor Michael Bissett from the Pensar Infrastructure Group. Generous support also came in the form of over $2000 worth of incredible door prizes, kindly donated by Habitat Noosa, Harvey Norman, Gathered Wine, Noosa Springs, Pomona Distillery, Hello Glow Skincare, Nutworks, Noosa Chocolate Factory, Heads of Noosa, and XO Cellars.

Behind the scenes, promotion and socials were coordinated beautifully by Jaimee and Tash, with stunning photography by Justine, capturing the spirit of the day.

Ladies Day 2025 was a celebration to remember – proof once again that a little rain can’t dampen the Dolphins’ spirit.
