In Pomona a gathering of women have been supporting each other, learning new skills, perfecting techniques, sharing food and yarning up stories from various walks of life. The happy memories from Kilagi’s PNG upbringing is what will be shared with the group gathering on Saturday 6 April. Aunty Mary also from PNG will be assisting with the learning process by sharing different techniques of weaving. The group brings a plate to share. Cost $35 to cover materials. Each group gathering will follow the learning direction and interest of participants.
