There was an outpouring of grief on social media for the family of a three-year-old girl who went missing on Monday afternoon after she was found deceased.
More than 100 people including SES and Rural Fire Service members reached by torchlight Monday evening after the girl was reported missing from an acreage property on Kabi Road about 3.30pm.
The child was found by police divers in a dam about 150m from the house about midnight.
Police are investigating the death and preparing a report for the coroner.
Police thanked local community members, SES and Rural Fire Brigade who assisted with the search for the child.
