Sound Feast back for a third year

Celebrating its third anniversary, the much loved music event, Sound Feast, will return to The J Theatre this Friday.

This well supported event is giving local and touring musicians the chance to experience performing on stage with professional sound and lighting technicians ensuring the performers sound and look their best, and the audience warmly show their appreciation and support.

The line-up for Friday 25 January includes three piece band “The Rumbrella’s” with their groove-heavy beats, infectious melodies, coupled with intelligent, positive and conscious song craft – making it impossible for anyone to stand still. Fans of “The Lyrical” will be pleased to hear they will be back performing their infectious blend of roots, reggae and hip hop.

“The Knott Family Band”, a fresh, hard driving young band from Melbourne, beautifully walking the line between original and traditional bluegrass are including Sound Feast in their national tour. With a youthful energy and spontaneity, the duelling bows of the bass and fiddle, combined with the nimble picking of the mandolin and guitar, The Knott Family make for a dynamic live performance. Also performing will be “Little Mountain” from Adelaide celebrating his love of Afro-Cuban, Reggae and world music.

There is comfortable seating, hot food, a full bar available and friendly venue staff.

This free concert will be kicking off at 6pm at The J, 60 Noosa Drive, Noosa Junction.
