Six fire crews were called to a blaze at a two-storey home on Noosa Parade in Noosa Heads on Monday morning, 22 September.
A Queensland Fire Department spokeswoman said the fire was already well involved when crews arrived but was contained to the upper level of the house by 11.17am.
Firefighters had it fully extinguished by 12.50pm.
Police have closed Noosa Parade and say it will remain shut until at least 3pm.
