Inquiries indicate a 16-year-old girl was followed by a man in Noosa Heads, who demanded her phone number as she exited a shopping centre on Lanyana Way at around 6pm on Tuesday 10 August.

The man ran off when challenged by a member of the public in the carpark of the shopping centre.

Police describe the man as aged in his 30’s, around 172cms tall, with a pale complexion, short dark hair, and thin moustache.

Investigators urge the man, or anyone who can identify him, or anyone with relevant information to contact police.
