To help those in the community finding it hard to make ends meet, the Noosa Rotary Club reached out in support of the Salvation Army Christmas appeal.
Tess Alexandroff said, “It can be difficult for a lot of families at this time of the year to provide those extra things when times like now present extra hurdles.”
“With the rising cost of rent and in general the daily cost of essentials, these are the things that a lot of us take for granted.
“Rotary is always looking to be of service to our local community and the need that exists right here on our doorstep.
“The Salvation Army is on the front line reaching out to those in our community that require support to manage their every day needs.
“Noosa Rotary is very conscious of the want and needs within our local community.”
You too can play a vital role by joining a service club such as Rotary to raise the funds to assist the community.
