Police will prepare a report for the Coroner following the death of a 77-year-old Tewantin woman on 23 December.
Around 3.45pm, police were called to a shopping complex car park located at Poinciana Avenue following reports of a traffic crash involving a pedestrian and a vehicle.
Initial investigations indicate the vehicle, a white Volkswagen T-Cross, reversed over the driver, the 77-year-old woman.
No other vehicle or person was involved, and the woman was declared deceased at the scene.
