Peppers apartment record smashed big time

A late Sunday afternoon time-slot proved to be fortuitous for Tom Offermann Real Estate agent Chris Miller.

Competitive bidding for his listing of apartment 4202 at Peppers Noosa Resort, Noosa heads, was between four of the six registered parties, most of who were based in Sydney and Melbourne.

Beating out the interstate competition was the successful purchaser, a family from Brisbane, who have a long association with Noosa Heads, and look forward to enjoying the property as much as the Brisbane-based sellers have for the past 12 years.

It was sold under the hammer for a stunning $4.04m.

The unique combination of features including a generously proportioned floorplan on a single level, three bedrooms, and an over-sized private outdoor terrace.

There was also the location to consider – in a much sought-after resort just minutes to Hastings Street made it exceptionally well-received during the campaign.

Prospective buyers commented on the strong investment returns being matched by the appeal of the inevitable personal enjoyment of the property.

This is the 32nd property Chris has sold in the resort since January 2020, and is yet another record sale result, this time for a three-bedroom apartment.

Earlier this month Chris sold a one-bedroom apartment prior to auction, above the previous record price of $820,000.
