Three local organisations joined forces in Tewantin to raise $1000 for OzHarvest.

Tewantin Noosa QCWA held a street stall to raise funds for OzHarvest Giving Week, funding the donation from the sale of baked goods, crafts, jams, preserves and plants.

Tewantin Noosa QCWA used their own branded marquees with the famous logo for the first time at the event. The marquees were purchased with the assistance of a $1000 donation from the Tewantin Branch of the Bendigo Bank.

Branch members were very excited to have their own dedicated marquees for the street stall, which attracted a large number of local residents.

The Tewantin Noosa QCWA donation will be matched by a corporate sponsor, raising $2000 for the food charity that is under pressure to provide for a growing demand for food from people in need.

Tewantin Noosa branch is well known for the quality of their street stall products and the happy customers were very pleased to support such a worthy charity.
