11-year-old missing

Police are seeking public assistance to locate an 11-year-old girl missing from Burnside, Sunshine Coast, since 19 December.

The girl was last seen on Nambour Mapleton Road and has not been seen since.

Police hold concerns for her welfare due to her age.

Officers believe she may be in the company of a woman who is living rough on the Sunshine Coast.

She is described as Caucasian, of average build, with dark blonde hair and hazel eyes.

She was last seen wearing her pyjamas which were a light blue top and bottom with dog pictures.

Police are appealing to the girl, or anyone with information that may assist in locating her, to contact police.

If you have information for police on this, please call Policelink on 131 444 now. If someone is in immediate danger, call 000.
