Noosaville’s Craig Simpson has managed to land a 122cm Spanish Mackerel a few kilometres out from Noosa Main Beach.
“I always read your paper, especially all things fishing… I recently started getting into kayak fishing, guided by the Noosa Yakkas group and information in your newspaper,” Craig said.
“Needless to say that this specimen will not go to waste, and will feed my family for a very long time.”
Craig encouraged others to get out there and have a go.
