Tigers on top of the QAFL ladder

The Roccocos Noosa Tigers sit atop of the QAFL ladder after a third straight victory over Mt Gravatt on Sponsors day last Saturday.

In almost unforeseen circumstances, the game was abandoned after freak storms involving heaving thunder and lightning half way through the third quarter with the Tigers holding a 20 point lead. Rules state that once a game is called off after half the team in front will receive the 4 points which makes Noosa unbeaten to start 2025 with the Easter break upon us.

The Tigers next opponent will be arch rivals Maroochydore on Anzac weekend where I’m sure a massive crowd will be in attendance at Fisherman’s rd.

The Senior Womens game was abandoned altogether whilst the Reserves were beaten in the last minute of the day and our very impressive colts smashed their Vulture opponents first up by some 25 goals. Our colts also u defeated to start the season and sit second on the table heading into the Easter bye weekend.
