Madonna opens new pilates studio in Pomona

Having built a loyal following teaching mat pilates from the Pomona Showgrounds Hall, Madonna Gott has made a seamless transition to a new space which now has even more to offer the local community.

As the owner and head instructor, Madonna has opened a new Connect + Flow Pilates Studio at 25 Hill Street, Pomona.

“We were excited to expand our offerings by opening our new studio in Pomona to bring the transformative power of Pilates to more of our community,“ Madonna said

“Our classes cater to individuals of all fitness levels, and we look forward to welcoming both newcomers and experienced Pilates enthusiasts into our new space.“

With a focus on promoting holistic well-being and improving core strength, Connect + Flow Pilates Studio aims to make fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

Not just a Pilates Studio, Connect + Flow also offers Yoga classes from their spacious and airy mat room that can fit up to 20 people comfortably.

The room is also available for hire to local businesses and community groups for events and workshops.

To celebrate the new studio opening, Connect + Flow Pilates Studio is offering a special introductory offer for new clients. Experience unlimited classes for 14 days for just $60.

Customers can choose from a variety of classes including Matwork, Reformer, Yoga, Power Circuit, and more, all designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and overall health.
