THE Noosa under 15s continued their good form with a strong win against Kilcoy in the softball at the weekend.
The first innings saw Noosa get the opposition out without a run.
Josh S took a catch at third, while Noosa batted well to put seven runs in over the plate.
Caterina hit a three bagger to centre field, and Riley Chimed in with a two bagger, everyone else ran well between the bases.
The second innings saw Kilcoy get two runs home with Shinai, filling in for Kilcoy, hitting a three bagger.
Noosa replied with six runs, with Josh helping with a two bagger. Impressively, Noosa had not had a player caught.
The third saw Josh try his hand at pitching to go with his hit and catch, and he did a good job with Kilcoy kept scoreless again.
Noosa backed up with four runs when the match was called to have a 17-4 win.
Charles hit a two bagger and finally Noosa did pop one in the air and it was caught in centre field.
Meanwhile, the 17 Blacks had a good win while the Whites went down.
The afternoon game had the men having a run fest with Gary slamming three home runs and Riley getting his first home run in the men’s competition.
Saturday night saw the trivia night raising funds for the master’s comp coming up, and congratulations to the Amigos who got up in the last round to take victory.
