THE St Thomas More school fete is back this weekend with a whole day of fun, food, rides and raffles on Saturday 15 August.
The fete started as a car boot sale 25 years ago and to celebrate the milestone a brand new car will be raffled off this year.
Tickets are only $2 for the raffle of the Nissan MY15 ST Micra from Cricks Noosa and are available from the fete on the day, with the winner drawn at 2pm.
All the fun starts at 10am with food vans and stalls, lots of rides for thrill-seekers and live entertainment including performances from Chevonne Nel from the band Mischief, Jamie Cumberlidge from The Voice, plus roaming circus performers and the St Thomas More choir and band.
A new feature this year is the Great Parish Bake Off run by the St Thomas More Primary School and the Noosa District Catholic Parish.
The competition is open to anyone who loves to bake delicious cakes and sweet treats or make preserves with entry forms available from the school and church office.
