FOLLOWING on from the success of last year’s sell-out debut, the Originals Music Festival is back with another smoking line-up on Saturday 7 November.
This year, scheduling issues have seen the popular festival move from Weyba Road in Noosaville to the soccer grounds in Coolum, but no quality has been lost in the move.
The all-ages festival will have two main stages as well as one for up-and-coming school bands, and headlining this year’s festival is one of Australia’s hottest bands Sticky Fingers, whose set at last year’s festival had the crowd calling for more.
Sharing the headline is rock/pop royalty Regurgitator, while local legends OKA will also play along with the Pierce Brothers, Bootleg Rascal, Dallas Frasca, The Hi-Boys, Triple J Unearthed winner Pro Vita and many more.
This year’s festival will also incorporate the Gubbi Gubbi Dance Troupe, didgeridoo and song and dance workshops, rides, stacks of international food stalls and a few special surprises.
Tickets have been kept affordable at $50 per person in line with the festival’s community vibe. For more information and tickets, go to originalsmusicfestival.com
