The instantaneous celebration of film that is the Manhattan Short Film Festival is back at The J for its eighth successive year.
The Manhattan Short Film Festival is a worldwide celebration that occurs simultaneously across the globe, bringing great films to great venues and allowing the audiences to select their favourites.
Ten short films are selected from 678 entries from 52 countries and these 10 films will be screened in over 250 cinemas across six continents during the week of 25 September to 4 October.
The films will not only entertain a global audience, but will be judged by that audience as well.
Cinema-goers will be the judges and instant film critics as they are handed a ballot upon entry that allows them to vote for Best Film and Best Actor.
Votes are sent through to Manhattan Short HQ and decided on Monday 5 October.
The Manhattan Short Film Festival will be held at The J, 60 Noosa Drive, Noosa Heads, on Saturday 26 September from 7.30pm.
