Played with a passion

THE Noosaville State School hosted the annual Brent Moloney Cup last Thursday (10 September) with the home team coming out victors.
The AFL game was held between Noosaville State School and St Thomas More Primary School, and is a fun way for the two schools to come together and share their passion for the game.
The game ran from 11.30am to 12.30pm, with the final score Noosaville State School 9.7.61 to St Thomas More 5.6.36.
Sponsored by the Tewantin Noosa RSL, the game is hosted by ex-Brisbane Lions player and Noosa tiger Brent Moloney, who also holds an academy for aspiring AFL players to learn leadership skills and develop football skills.
Best played on ground for St Thomas More was Hunter Smith, while Tallis Buntain took out the honour for Noosaville State School.
