They’ll steal your hearts

PAYING homage to Eric Clapton and Joe Cocker are the Claptomaniacs who are bringing their show Clapton Cocker and Co to the Noosa Heads Surf Club Friday 9 October.
Those who have loved the fruits of Clapton’s near-50-year career will be able to sit back and enjoy classics like Badge, White Room, Strange Brew, and Sunshine of Your Love, or his more recent material like Change the World, Reptile or Running on Faith and of course his signature Layla.
Likewise Cocker fans will hear authentic renditions of Help From my Friends, Delta Lady, Unchain my Heart and more, while the band will also throw a few extra classics by other artists into the mix to make for a very entertaining night.
The Claptomaniacs are Sunshine Coast-based and rapidly developing a following for their tight R and B sound, covering material rarely heard in the local scene.
The Claptomaniacs will play at the Noosa Heads Surf Club, Hastings Street, Noosa Heads, on Friday 9 October, from 8.30pm. Visit www.claptomaniacs.com for more information.
