POLICE are investigating after a boy suffered serious burns Saturday night 31 October in Sunrise Beach.
Police reported that about 6.45pm emergency services were called to a house on Lipton Street, Sunrise Beach where a 14-year-old boy suffered serious burns to his upper body.
He has been airlifted to the Lady Cilento Hospital in a serious condition.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident and are appealing for anyone who has any information which may be able to assist the investigation to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
