Lend a hand for Christmas

THE Noosa Today Christmas Cheer campaign is off to a great start with donations of long-life foods and Christmas treats already rolling into the Noosa Today office.
Every year the Noosa Today team joins forces with a local charity to help those in need this holiday season by calling on the generous Noosa community to donate to much-needed food hampers.
This year the Noosa Today team will be helping the Basket Brigade to collect donations for over 50 local families who are doing it tough this year.
The Basket Brigade hopes to deliver 50 food and present hampers this Christmas, but to do so we need your help.
We will gladly accept any donations of long-life foods such as tinned foods and ready-made meals, Christmas treats such as fruit mince pies, candy canes and biscuits, plus presents for children of all ages as well as their parents.
Your donation will help spread a little Christmas cheer to people in the Noosa community who may struggle to put food on the table for a Christmas feast this year.
Donations are welcome anytime between 9am and 4pm from Monday to Friday at our office, 36 Mary Street, Noosaville.
