Tanya learns from the best

LOCAL hairdresser and owner of Energy Hair Co Noosa, Tanya Walsh, will head overseas on 9 April to take part in the leading haircare brand Keune’s exclusive International Masters Tour.
The annual trip will see Tanya join only 15 other hairdressers at Keune’s head office in Amsterdam, Holland to participate in exclusive events and training programs with the brand’s global ambassadors, Ilham Mestour and Kimm Koffijberg.
Tanya will learn advanced colour and cut techniques, and join styling sessions that showcase the world’s latest trends from New York and Paris Fashion Week during the three-day high-fashion course, and will get to attend the brand’s biggest event, the True Beauty 2016 Show.
“I am really excited to learn new techniques and styles from the best hairdressers in the world, that I can bring back to inject into my employees and use on my own clients at Energy Hair Co,” Tanya said.
“It is essential that we continue to invest time and money on education in the hair and beauty industry on a regular basis to ensure we are following the very latest trends and aside from these obvious factors it is hugely exciting and motivational for me.”
The program is designed to facilitate mentoring and further development for hairdressers, providing them with the latest and world renowned techniques and knowledge.
