Touching the dark

NOOSA takes a dark turn next month, when five of the best and most fierce heavy metal bands take to the stage at the Villa Noosa.
Brisbane band Vyrion and local band Undermine the Supremacy headline the Metal Fury showcase supported by local bands Holistic, Plague the City and Brisbane band Exiled in Eden.
Headliners Vyrion and Underline the Supremacy will both unleash brand-new tracks, with Vyrion fans getting a taste of a single from their much-anticipated third album, Geo, and Supremacy’s fans able to check out the band’s newest single, Wendigo.
Make sure you get to the gig early to catch the best upcoming bands including local five-piece band Holistic who, with the right mix of heavy metal, thrash metal and hardcore, are set to take the heavy world by storm.
Also showcasing their melodic metalcore brand of metal are Plague the City, who are currently recording their debut album, and Brisbane’s own experimental death metal band Exiled in Eden, who will make you want to bang your head until it drops off.
This one-night show is not to be missed. Get loud at Metal Fury on Friday 15 April from 8pm at the Villa Noosa, 18-22 Mary Street, Noosaville. Tickets are $15 plus booking fee and available from www.moshtix.com.au or $20 on the door. Over 18 only.
