Winner shares her secret story

By MEGAN OGLE

AFTER much deliberation and many tears and laughter, the lucky winner of the Secrets Shhh competition was selected last week.
Helen Pugh is now the proud owner of the beautiful 10 carat gold ring after sharing her secret story.
“In January 2001, while holidaying in Noosa, I dragged my somewhat reluctant husband into an amazing shop filled with beautiful sparkling diamond jewellery at incredible prices,” Ms Pugh said.
“After much procrastination, I finally chose a white gold ring with three princess cut diamonds each shouldered with smaller baguette cut diamonds.
“I walked out of the shop feeling like a million dollars.
“To this day, the ring is still as beautiful and the diamonds still have the same clarity and lustre as they did 16 years ago.
“It continues to attract admiration and comment, however nobody knows the secret behind my beautiful ring, no one would believe that the diamonds weren’t genuine anyway.”
Secrets Noosa co-founder and managing director Jane Meredith said it was wonderful to read Ms Pugh’s story which reminded her of years gone by.
“It was so wonderful to read all the lovely Secrets customer responses to our latest Noosa Today competition,” Jane said.
“As Noosa was our very first store it was important for us to choose a story shared from our valued customer over the past 16 years.
“Reading Helen’s Secrets story really took me back to that moment when we had just opened.
“It was so nice to hear that Helen still enjoys her Secrets design every day.
“We hope she enjoys her new ring as the winner of the competition.
“We also look forward to seeing everyone in store again soon.”
