MUCH-loved local celtic trio are set to turn up the Irish vibe in Noosa next month.
The Alan Kelly trio play a refreshing and lively set of Irish modern songs, traditional tunes and breathtaking funky originals.
Erin Sulman is one of the coasts most gifted drummers, while Steve Cook is a legendary Australian folk multi-instrumentalist on banjo, mandolin and fiddle, and vocalist Alan Kelly is an award-winning songwriter.
Alan’s songwriting talents have won him several awards including the Queensland Music Award for World music.
This well-loved Irishman is also the front man and driving force behind Celtic six piece, the Barleyshakes who are only just returned from headlining the Australian Celtic festival in New South Wales, and his energy as a performer never fails to captivate his audience.
His vocal style is rich, dynamic and full of Irish charm and emotion.
