MORE than 40 diners made their way through a four-course dinner at the Wood Fire Grill’s Yalumba Wine dinner on Thursday 7 July.
Guests enjoyed warming winter dishes such as the chorizo and scallop paella stuffed peppers and the Wood Fire Grill’s signature slow cooked lamb shoulder.
All dishes were expertly matched with Yalumba wines including the 2014 Yalumba Roussanne, 2011 Yalumba Grenache and the 2012 Octavius Shiraz; all poured with love by Yalumba Signatory Jane Ferrari.
Ever entertaining, Jane has been with the Yalumba wine family business since the 1980s and has travelled the world pouring wine for wine lovers, novices and collectors alike.
