Square meal at the festival

AS SPRING approaches it’s time again to combine local food with fashion for the annual Peregian Beach Food and Fashion Fiesta.
This year marks the sixth anniversary of the event that will take place in the Village Square on Wednesday 7 September.
More than 400 guests are expected to sit around the square and enjoy a wonderful two-course lunch prepared by Peregian’s top restaurants while viewing the latest spring fashions and being entertained by a professional MC and live music.
The day begins with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival at 11am and meanders through mouth-watering mains to delicious deserts while models cruise the catwalk until 2.30pm.
Event organisers and hosts, the Peregian Beach Business Association, said the event gets better each year and will continue to grow as more new restaurants and fashion houses take part.
Tickets for the day include a two-course meal and drink on arrival and are $50 each with funds raised on the day going to the Noosa Nippers program in Peregian.
Tickets are available now from the Peregian Village boutiques Pink Lotus on 5471 3350 and Soul Sanctuary on 5448 3588, or can be ordered online at www.stickytickets.com.au.
