ABBA still draws the crowds

ABBA was one of the world’s most influential bands, their music is still played in households across the globe and millions still worship their teen idols.
Earlier this year they performed at a private party for the first time in over 30 years and the public’s love affair with this band has reignited.
ABBA Live is the best tribute band Australia has ever seen and will take you back 30 years to when you could feel the beat of the tamborine – and you can catch them at the Tewantin Noosa RSL this Saturday night.
ABBA Live refuses to be just another ABBA tribute show, each of the team members are specialists in their respective instruments.
Lynelle Leighton proudly presents the hauntingly memorable vocals of Agnetha Falkstog, and is the creator of ABBA Live and England born Shelley Davina Burton brings a European flavour to the international cast and thrives in the role of Anni-frid Lyngstad with her fantastic vocal ability, vibrant personality, and unlimited energy.
Scott Macfarlane is perfect for the role of Bjorn with his boyish good looks, outstanding vocal talent and guitar artistry.
Dane Leeson plays the role of Benny Andersson with passion and enjoys every opportunity to share the wonderful music with any ABBA lover who dares to cross his path.
Performing with a live band, full choreography, spectacular costumes, and brilliant production, it is without a doubt the best ABBA show to emerge from Australia.
If you want to see ABBA Live then head over to the Tewantin Noosa RSL on Saturday 26 November, at 8pm.
Entry is free but make sure you get in early to grab a spot as this show never fails to draw a crowd. Bookings for dinner or the courtesy bus can be made on 5447 1766 or at reception.
