You may have noticed the ‘While I’m alive…’ wall up at the convenience store at Peregian Beach over the last week. Last Wednesday, this travelling community project was put up, and within the day it was full.
Originating in New Orleans, this concept came from Noosa Council CEO Brett Dechastel to reflect the trend seen around the world.
Different types of communities in the Noosa Shire can come together and take stock of their lives and think about their dreams.
There has been one in Cooroy which is always full and cleaned every few days, and this one, which was previously at Noosa Junction, will be temporarily at Peregian as it continues on tour throughout the Noosa Shire.
