The good folk at The J are excited to announce that they have the explosive UK duo Z-Star performing at the last Sound Feast of 2017 on Friday night.
The duo currently touring Australia features the electrifying award-winning frontwoman Zee Gachette deemed “one to watch” by BBC Radio 2 (drums and acoustic guitar), and guitar prodigy Sebastien Heintz, who effortlessly deliver a fascinating cinematic road trip of sound.
Welcome back to All Strings Attached with their soaring violin melodies over fast and furious rhythms that create a melting pot of world music influenced sound.
They have fast become a favourite within the Australian music festival circuit and have performed at notable gatherings such as Woodford Folk Festival, The National Folk Festival, Concrete Jungle Festival, Wintermoon Festival, Caloundra Music Festival, Maleny Music Festival, Home Festival and more.
Also in the line-up for Friday 27 October are The Brains Trust and My Name is Reuben. The Brains Trust with its unique sounding solid beats and rich soul music and originals singer/songwriter My Name is Reuben over from Adelaide.
Sound Feast is a wonderful community spirited event and all ages are welcome. The evening begins at 6pm.
There is comfortable seating available including the hugely popular red bean couches.
The J fully licensed bar is open and there will be a hot food van on site.
